On the other hand………I’ve done nothing, except sleep.
Yesterday I did the shopping, then felt awful again.
Tired, no energy, so had food, showered and went to bed.
Slept all night, then asleep again.
Can’t believe what this flu/sinusitis has done to me. 🤷🏼♀️
I am better, just fatigued out.

I hope you get your energy back soon jillydoll.
I have been to work today. It was a fairly quiet day, and I managed to work my way through washing most of a large donation of towels, in-between the regular washing. So rock & roll

Thank you MadCatLady.
I hate feeling like this, hopefully I’ll be running around very soon. 🤞🏼

jillydoll - and any1 else dealing with a virus: listen to your body!
Viruses depress the body.
Me - too early to decide

So true CLKD.
If you need to sleep, SLEEP.
I’ve never slept so much, but it just shows how sleep does heal the body.

Think of babies and wild animals. Sleep. Relaxes the whole body and brain to recover.
OK thus far

I have been working today outside in the rain. But on the plus side, we sent a 17-year-old cat off to her new home.

That's kind of someone to give such an elderly cat a new home 🥰
