Goodness, Ms Jack's, what a fantastic volunteering job to be involved in. I have never heard of this. I can see myself volunteering in the future and I can imagine being very interested in this. Tell me, was there a lot of training involved?

Hi Songbird

My eldest lad took his life 9/14 so volunteering helping others in need seems fitting to hold his memory close.

Making my lad proud.

Criteria is 2 years post a suicide bereavement and I do 2 x 2hr shifts a week. The charity is always looking for new volunteers so check out the website for Sobs.

Thanks for your kindness

Met with friends in warm sunshine
Got home, couldn't find car keys  :o
Turned out the car, back to the field - no keys
As we travelled home I could see something under the driver's seat, PHEW!

Curry with Naan bread followed by a lolly - stuffed now. Waiting for Strictly results show.

Maybe take a shovel in case you need to dig yourself out?

Too much - laundry being sorted.  Still  ::)
Dishwasher re-filled
Pelergoniums dead headed and given a light water

Fed pond fish: watched a dunnock having a bath in the top waterfall  8)
Light lunch to hand

Concerns about a potential mouse sighting at a hospital have led to the closure of four operating theatres.
Surgeries at Clatterbridge Hospital were suspended on Thursday while deep cleaning takes place, Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust said.

Wondering on reading this in local News, does this mean that there isn't deep cleaning on a daily basis  :-\

Laundry; dishwasher; council bins; a little weeding; repotted a large heather shrub; light lunch eaten.  Shed tears over the Middle East and Ukraine.

Found ladybirds  :o  :o hibernating in the window frames [difficult to explain].  They had settled until I opened the window wide to get a blow through!  I couldn't believe my eyes  ::)

Same old.  Same old.

MayB too wind blown?  Move them into a sheltered spot and perhaps cover with fleece over Winter for protection if they didn't die already?

Bed made.  Birds fed.

Cuppa to hand.
