Researching osteoporosis and my choices which I will need to make SOON to deal with it.

Took my one of my doggies to the vet,she can't put her hind paw on the ground   :'( Vet couldn't see anything,thinks she's pulled a muscle or a sprain due to belting round the garden with new pup

Been to Trentham Gardens and Monkey Park.
Monkey’s are all loose there, you just walk through.
They didn’t give too hoots about us humans mind you.  ;D
Then stopped at the pub for food and a drink. Sun was out, so a lovely day all in all.  ;D

Oh jaypo ........ as if  :D.  It was too early for much.  This morning however  8)

We spent most of yesterday weeding out celandines  >:( ....... in warm sunshine  :-*

Breakfast to hand.

My parents used to go to Monkey World in Dorset where the chimps roamed free  :o  :o they had to sit still when approached by one  :o.  Chimps are big b****s when close up  :-\

It was a nice day out Songbird. Unexpected too, OH organised it and said it was my mystery tour.  ;D


Today I’ve changed the beds, cleaned the shower down, done some ironing, vacuumed, polished, and dusted the skirts.
Cooked dinner, we had steak, mushrooms, fries and salad.
I’m knackered after a busy day.  😴
