Feeling pretty good. Anxiety held back and so completed loads of horrible admin tasks relating to my late mum's paperwork.
Not only did I not shout at anyone, I didn't cry with anxiety. Success.
And despite the continuous rain I got a walk in to help my bones as just been diagnosed with arthritis in BOTH hips. Shocked me, but I love\need to have a stomping good walk.

So what should have been a bad day turned out really successful. Feet up with a good book now. And.... Still raining. Oh well. Best shut the curtains so I can't see it!!

Good for you Sarah, think it's really important to keep up with the exercise, glad you're feeling a bit better  :)

Thanks ladies....
Appreciate your encouragement.
I am measuring my days in small successes, as the bigger ones can seem far far away. Still feeling optimistic, so Getting Things Done, then off for second walk of the day regardless of fact it is still raining.
Sorry Jaypo, my gp  is  struggling to get  estradot 75 again. I finally felt better on brand and dose.... Everol not good for me. At least I have the option of cutting a 50 in half to add to a full 50, whereas you are back to square one.

Jaypo, I send you a hug as that is all I can offer. But it is meant.

Apparently the active ingredient has been difficult to source since 2019.  Found in hot chilli peppers.  Apparently.  I even found the diagram for the ingredient ........ on PubChem.

What did the pharmacist suggest as an alternative?

Eating a light lunch. Crumbs in the keyboard  :(
