I’ve given up with steam mops.  They keep dying.

We loves our sharks and DH has a steam mop - it has separate covers which can be washed after use.  No problems with either ;-) and he does a Very Good Job (in between cooking  ;D )

What was the question, oh yes: out of bed, expecting to go to a dental appt at lunch time which has been put back until late this afternoon.  Decisions to be made.  Doesn't help my anxiety though levels are manageable thus far.

Lunch done.  Laundry sorted, birds fed etc.; watching Tour of Britain on TV.

I loves Black Magic  ;)

Our Shark vacuum broke. Cleaned it, turned it inside out, still wouldn’t pick up.
Bought a new vax instead. See how long that one lasts.  ;D I must say, it’s brilliant up to now.

Just cooking dinner, all windows and back door are open, smells of cabbage through the place.   ::)

I have yet to break my steam mop but am a filthy slattern and don't use it very often. It probably got a bit of a shock today.

Mmm cabbage. My partner made some gluten free tortilla things for lunch which were quite good but he burnt the first one a bit and there was a sort of tortillary smoke haze for a while.

Slept for a couple of hours.  Now catching up on Tour of Britain.  Then bath.

Spent 1 hour 25 mins in the dentist's chair, he won't need the Gym tonight  ;D

Now on cold custard, at least when it's cooled I can start sucking it from the spoon. Still dribbling though  :-\. Awful taste  >:(

What's involved with a dexa scan, Jaypo? I've never heard of that 🤔

:medal: for that CLKD. That's a long time to spend at the dentists. Hope there's no follow up needed.

Tnx Girls - however, I've another few hours in That Chair to come.  Two roots removed yesterday prior to decisions being made about filling the gap .  I really didn't think it would come out yesterday  :o

jaypo - was it a pelvis/hips scan or all over?  When I was told that I required a body scan I have no idea it was like a long X-ray !

Am struggling with a bowl of porridge  :-X  :worm:  even with sugar on, it's vile  ;D but at least I can avoid the sore gap.  It will probably take me until tea time 2 finish the bowl though  :-\

I'm fed up with this adrenaline surges, the early morning panic attacks and basically just low mood,my poor OH must be sick of me  :'(

What about Propranolol (betablocka).  My GP prescribed after my dog died in 2002 because I had lots of early morning surges which would leave me terrified  :'(.  They worked for years.

If they help you won't need to think about HRT.  Which symptom would you like to ease first?

Me - slept well.  Took a long-lasting pain relief at 10.30 .  Mouth feels sore and I'm having difficulty finding something to eat, taste buds aren't good today.

DH did some weeding under my instruction earlier as there are lots of jobs to do but don't want to bend down; I've sorted laundry, eaten a bowl of soup, with soft white bread though I fancy the crispy roll sitting in the kitchen  ;D
