This happened when we had the 2 days of extreme heat a few weeks back. My BP is usually fine. I’m not on meds for that. The NHS say if it goes down and is both ankles, that it doesn’t require medical attention. One ankle means possible thrombosis. I would ring 111 if it didn’t go down at night. Although I am drinking more, maybe not enough. 2 more days of heat to get through. I shall think of you Deirdre! Never had this problem when I have taped with my son, where they regularly have temperatures this high in summer, but they have air conditioning and it’s a more humid heat. He’s over in this country at the moment and says he has never been so hot. Maybe it’s because this is such a dry heat.
