Feeling wiped out
« on: July 21, 2022, 04:20:28 PM »

Anyone have any tips or advice for this feeling of being wiped out. It sound so silly but if I have a more busier than usual day or just doing a couple of extra jobs around the house the next day I can feel so dreadful. I feel nauseous, no energy, light headed, shaky, no motivation my anxiety is high & I even look dreadful as if I’m getting over a bad bout of flu. I know it sounds dramatic  but I’m beginning to dread doing anything knowing how I feel the next day. Over the last week has been really busy at work but I have tried to pace myself & not trying to get to stressed over silly little things. Is this normal in menopause or am I pushing myself more than I think to this point of tiredness. Xx

Poppy are you on HRT at all?

And if yes, are you on testosterone?

MayB keep to your original thread with this as an add-on otherwise responses will be lost.  U can change the subject line by going onto the 'modify' button, cursor onto the subject box and add/take words to draw attention to a slight change.

I can't remember if you have had your VitD/Thyroid function blood tests recently?

Thank you for your reply’s, no I’m not on hrt, the only thing I take is vitamin D. I have recently had all my bloods done & apart from my vitamin D level being a little bit low everything else was fine. This constant guess work as to what’s wrong with you is exhausting on its own 🤷🏼‍♂️

I'd say maybe you should trial some HRT and see if it improves all that for you... If it doesn't, then stop it.
