If you are eating a lot of chocolate late at night and, if I understand you, during the night, all this is going to do is give you an immediate feelgood response, a sugar rush or "high" from which you have to come down later. The more chocolate you have, the greater the "crash" which will affect you, potentially quite dramatically, in terms of mood. So much chocolate will be adding to how your body is struggling with your current regime/ADs.
