Hi Curlygiri,
Love the name and I have curly hair too. I’m 47 years old and went into peri menopause three months after my operation, but I still got my ovaries, I’m on my third year of my menopausal journey.
As well as depression and health anxiety, I have loose bowels for 13 months now, I only get about two days a month that look a bit normal. I have no idea why? I use to have to eat 36 grams a day of fibre to go, I’ve cut back but doesn’t make much difference. I do have IBS which started 10 months in my menopausal journey. I also have random body pains, vagina atrophy, 16 months of headaches and facial pain (can be up to hundred times a day)
I’ve have seen my doctor many times, X-rays, MRI, CT scan, neurologist, rheumatologist and a dietitian.
I feel your pain, but I think your the first on here to mention loose bowels, no one can tell me why and having a fissure too makes pooping really sucks and painful. Do you have any idea why loose bowels are happening to you?
Wish you all the best and this group offers great support
