Could you jot down your work load pre-Covid and how much more you are finding on your desk? Suggest that *you* are going to delegate any work that you feel isn't going to be achieved within, say, 3 days of it landing?
You can't be sacked for saying 'no'. After all, it's to the Companies benefit to have happy, healthy, staff ;-). Do they have a menopause plan in place?
