I don’t think it would do any harm it’s not a dangerous drug just our own hormones by increasing a pump and see if it helps. The dose for flushes is not always enough for everything else.

My sacroiliac pain gets worse if I use too much oestrogen. I thought I needed to up my dose and the low back pain became awful. I also get breast pain and cysts on too much oestrogen. I do not need Progesterone as I have had a hysterectomy .

No harm trying an increased dose to see if it helps but the symptoms of too much oestrogen can be just as bad as too little. It's natural to think any new symptom is meno related but sadly we're at an age where our bodies will deteriorate anyway.
