I am currently experiencing a prolapse problem, ie after a spot of gardening I know can easily feel my uterus (I think) poking out.... I knew I had a prolapse a year ago but as it wasn’t actually externally visible I chose to ignore it... I guess now I need to tackle this problem but would be great fun if anyone out there could give me a little more I formation. For example, can this be fixed with pelvic floor exercise, once it is that far progressed? I really would like to avoid surgery, but still want to do gardening! I cannot imagine my life without gardening.... I assume I have to see my GP next week - any insider tips regarding pessaries? The inflataball sound good too... I keep swing ads about the Kegel8 machine - is that any good/useful?
Help please... it scares me to see my insides falling out...
