That’s interesting! Since halving my estrogen dose, I noticed a quick loss of some weight (bloating), and I’m not getting up every two hours to go to the bathroom. What’s really interesting though is my appetite has decreased some and I don’t have the sugar cravings I was so accustomed to. I think my blood sugar is in a much better place. That said, because I’m less hungry, it’s easier to go too long without eating which can quickly cross the line into low blood sugar grumpiness. I can usually see that coming and feel like it’s own own damn fault. It sure is important to keep everything on an even keel where I can.
