Quite right to bring the thread back on track CLKD.  I blame that Uptick - incorrigible!  Sorry Menopausalalways, please do let us know how you are.

Hopefully she's not laying prone somewhere  :-\ feeling ghastly.

I get light headed due to a nerve in the back of my neck, I move and go 'oh!' but can't locate the exact place that causes the problem.

So you did Uptick.  Impressive you can still multitask while on the booze.

I hope, menopausalalways, that you can can forgive us for the mayhem.  Often not much fun in menopause, so always good to seize the opportunity to make some.

Hi menopausalalways.  A quickie to say I have sent you a PM & I hope you are OK.  Vertigo is truly horrible & you have my heartfelt sympathies.  As it's only been an intermittent issue for me past couple of years I'm only just learning about it myself so haven't posted about it here.  I had been hoping to goodness it would go away on its own, but when it strikes it's way too disruptive to ignore.  I hope you are feeling at least somewhat better.  May not be around on the forum for a while - other pressing issues IRL!  But please send me a PM if it might help to chat about it.
