KAH
my first year of menopause my back pain was every day all day for a year. As I said saw specialist and doctors and had scans.
I truly believe it was menopausal related, but it took to the end of the year and something my doctor said to realised I didn’t help the problem.
July 2018 I had a hysterectomy still got my ovaries, four months later I started first with virginal atrophy and by Christmas back pains. When I had my operation I was told not to lift heavier then 10 kilograms. I took this to far and for too long. Which course my upper back to become weak. So then I went you YouTube and did all these exercises, and hurt my rib

more pain.
My doctor put me with a exercise physiologist who gave me the right exercise to do. I recommend Pilates, it’s changed my life and stopped being a baby and started lifting and carrying stuff like I use too.
I still get my random pain but not constant and I can work (cleaner) with taking pills.
When I have a bad day, I continue like normal 15 minutes of Pilates every morning and 30 minutes walk. I just keep going, I’m scared to relax as I don’t want to go backwards again.
As my doctor says strong core equals a strong back.
