Am I right or wrong?
« on: August 17, 2020, 10:15:29 PM »

Good evening.

Recently messaged about sweating so plucked up the courage to make doc telephone appt today - she suggests full blood check which I will do this week.

I want to ask a question but ask that you forgive my ignorance of its a simple answer.

So I've been seeking balance for almost 2 years in regards to hormones and hrt and am now on 1 and half pump of Ost and 2 tabs of prgt .  Had normal cycle but for past 2 months just had a brown bleed almost not worth mentioning - So is this normal? And does this mean I'm coming to.thw end of peri?  My boobs feel awfully droopy 😭 and sore too.
Is this linked to my excessively sweating?
Should I be cutting down on the prgst tablets park?

I usually see the practice nurse as she knows her stuff about hrt but she's off with sickness.

What do you ladies think?

P.s does anyone one else feel like doing a Shirley valentine or just me?

I always feel like doing a Shirley Valentine. Sorry cant help with the HRT question but the sweating especially at night is normal as  part of menopausal symptoms.

Many want to be alone.  Or run away .......

Hormones rise and fall as we know.  My periods waxed and waned. Sometimes there would be a short bleed then brown [old] staining.  How long have you taken HRT for DS68?  It can take 4-6 months for the body to settle if your own hormones continue in fits and starts.

Browse round.  Don't alter anything with regards to your treatment.  You can ask for a referral to a menopause clinic, NOT a gynaecologist but a specified menopause specialist.
