Our 3 main roses have flowered since June! the hellebores are in full flower and birds are singing.  We haven't had any Winter to talk of here though ............ last year we were knee deep in snow  :o

Trey, we had a wagtail doing that a couple of years ago and we eventually worked out that it was pecking at the tiny flies on the window which were attracted by the sun on the window.

Do you think it depends on where you are CLKD? It's raining here!

Yes - you do that! I don't want any of that nasty sunshine over here! It's lovely and dark now and a bit windy and rainy - just right for a January night  ;D

Hi one year in: Bluebird and I discussed the possible bruising of his beak this am.  He is totally tame from his side of the glass anyway.  Haven't noticed any bugs, and my spoiled birds love their fruit and nuts feed.  Worried that he will hurt himself, but he seems to be doing it more gently and less often, with more fluffing of his wings.  His beak looks fine.

Dog TJ has a lick granuloma and I'm treating it with the cold laser.  Healing already AND ordered him several Dr. Bach remedies, especially the one that makes him feel brave and less timid.  Rescue cream as well for those itchy paws that started the granuloma.  Didn't know to order a mix bottle as haven't done this before.

Taz, it's sunny and crisp today.  Bright blue, lovely skies with a few white fluffy clouds slowly moving across the sky.  Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh ::)

Look at the RSPB site or the BTO one? Was it green or black and white?
