Dorothy - are you really that stressed poor thing?Being 'too worried to eat' only occurs rarely for me (thankfully). Its reserved specifically to times when one of my loved ones is ill or has passed away. Apart from that I never get so stressed that I lose my appetite. Ju Ju - I'd happily try any of those things you suggest if only they could be done somewhere, anywhere but in my own house! Hinari - its much more difficult for youngsters. They need to be with their peers a lot more than we do. There were some teens interviewed on TV yesterday. They said not having any end date was the thing that was stressing them most. I do hope schools will be the first to re-open.Its lunchtimes I find difficult. I don't eat midday as its the only way I can keep my weight down, but usually I'm out and about so its easier to get through. Stuck at home, making lunch is a great temptation when hunger pangs start!
