Dorothy - are you really that stressed poor thing?

Being 'too worried to eat' only occurs rarely for me (thankfully). Its reserved specifically to times when one of my loved ones is ill or has passed away. Apart from that I never get so stressed that I lose my appetite.

Ju Ju - I'd happily try any of those things you suggest if only they could be done somewhere, anywhere but in my own house!

Hinari - its much more difficult for youngsters. They need to be with their peers a lot more than we do. There were some teens interviewed on TV yesterday. They said not having any end date was the thing that was stressing them most. I do hope schools will be the first to re-open.

Its lunchtimes I find difficult. I don't eat midday as its the only way I can keep my weight down, but usually I'm out and about so its easier to get through. Stuck at home, making lunch is a great temptation when hunger pangs start!

Stellajane.......I'm doing them in my small bungalow. The singing in a small bedroom with the window and door shut! Don't want to disturb the neighbours!  Duolingo on my iPad along with Italian lessons on FaceTime with my teacher. You can get supplies for creative things online.

Thank you will take a look at her too. Once the easter eggs were all eaten by last night me and my daughter spoke and we have agreed to do an hour of exercise in the morning which we have done already and maybe a wee half hour in the afternoon. We are also going to keep to 3 meals and keep the snacks to one at night when watching TV. She was saying she understands its cause she hasnt been to the gym in nearly a month due to lockdown and how easy it can be just gain weight by not keeping to your usual fitness routine. From what she said she is self conscious about that first time she meets her pals and not fitting her clothes and mentioned her belly fat but we are on track to trying to reduce it.

She did say she thinks her hips might be widening and boobs growing but that wouldnt happen this quickly would it?

You have all been so helpful with your suggestions. Thanks again x

See I know shes at the age for her final growth into womenhood but she already has got an ample sized chest (C cup) but not much round the hip area so we both knew that was her final change she still had to go through. But with the weight gain its hard to tell.

Yeah we do ive sat out in the garden and pottered about weeding so we could do that and Ive been know to hold a note in the past

What about Zumba CLKD.

I mean I know we are all women of an age where we sweat easily but zumba is fun and a good work out. Thats what my daughter had us doing today

Having food intolerances worked for me! Just made myself a GF chocolate cake and had a reaction to it! Feels like golf ball in my throat! I'm feeling sorry for myself! Can't binge even if I wanted to. DH can eat it though, along with the fruit cake I made for him.
