Buying HRT in Spain over the counter - still available?

I was wondering if you can still buy HRT over the counter in Spain?  I would like to stock up on Estrogel, Utrogestan, and Vagifem.

Also, are there any other countries that allow people to do this?

I buy Blissel estriol vaginal gel here over the counter, haven't come across the others. They cost €14.

I bought Estradot patches in Tenerife in 2019 when I was on holiday. Couldn’t get it here at the time due to shortages.
