I would just like to share how much Magnesium has helped me with my withdrawal of HRT.
Palpitations: Within 30 minutes of taking Magnesium palps have all subsided.
Hot Flushes: I've read a few studies about Magnesium helping regulate your body temperature and I'm pretty sure it has helped reduce my flushes. I only get 1 per day abd that's during the night.
Hormonal balance: Another positive of taking Magnesium is it's ability to help with hormonal balance and Thyroid function so a positive there.
Anxiety & Sleep: I do believe that Magnesium has not only helped with my sleep during HRT withdrawal but kept me chillaxed as well.
It is my wonder supplement, I'm taking quite a high dose 400mg but the benefits are definitely showing.
