Been to see my doctor. She recommended drinking lots of water and taking ibuprofen, whilst we wait for the lab  results. And told me I need to book my cystoscopy for 2 weeks time. I have annual ones because I had bladder cancer in 2015. But I hadnt booked this year's yet, because I just didnt feel up to it.
She said that if I didn't have an infection, the next step would be a cystoscopy. And if I do have an infection, we will have time to treat it before  going for the cystoscopy... which I need to have done anyway.
So we have a plan of action.

Did you find the sachet helped at all?

Tc, by the time I read your message I had already taken bicarb, I didn't think I should take both. So I've saved the sachets.
Today hasn't been as bad as yesterday, but I have spent quite a lot of time lying down ... which helped last night.
I always like lying down !!!  ;D

So I thought I had gotten on top of the badder issue yesterday, but it's come back today. Feel miserable.
The only thing that changed before getting the bladder problem, was that I put on my first hrt patch. I'm on evorel sequi, cut the patch in half. Done 10 days and am due to put my new patch on tonight. Am thinking I take the old one off and not replace it. The panic attacks started in the last few days as well ... could it be the patches ?
Please give me some useful advice. xxx

I can't advise about patches as I only use local hrt Ovestin. But I have been struggling with pressure for 6 months and I think it's gone then it comes back.  It is getting less but it is a battle and I understand how you feel. It really gets you down, I know.
