Clkd, have you tried systemic hrt for these symptoms?
Suzysunday I have just started hrt partly for this purpose. Vagifem works pretty well but only if I use it almost daily and it still flares up sometimes. Consultant thinks that Evorel conti will reduce the frequency of Vagifem needed. Too early to say if it is working but I can give feedback later.
