Well Ladies, back to Dr's for blood and urine results are all good. They have suggested i go to dentist to have mouth and salivary glands checked out and if they can't find anything i have to go back and make app with GP. It has been the nurse practitioners i have seen to date as no GP app's were available. Will keep you posted.
Tanks Gracie65 this is worth a try thanks.

Hi jgr I have had the same as you , a visit to my dentist showed I had been clenching my teeth which I was not aware off. He has since made me a tooth guard to wear at night. When I spoke to him about the extra saliva he said
when we chew we produce saliva so the amount of clenching I am doing makes the body think I am always chewing. Although annoying for me he said the extra saliva is actually good for our teeth. Hope this makes sense.
