Tc has your Gp stopped your use of Femseven patch?  xx

No rosebush. It was the gynae consultant. Blood test showed I wasn't absorbing very well and the progesterone dose was giving me side effects.
The consultant told me that at a recent conference she attended the gel you apply to your forearm was being highly praised.and has prescribed it for me along with utrogestan.  I'm happy to make the switch but if the sequi are working for you it's frustrating to not be able to get them.

Tc how are you feeling on E Gel and tablet ? x

My Gp with advice from our Practice Nurse wants me to try Evorel Conti 50 patches, he thinks at my age (69) tabs are not the way to go, i did want Estrogen only patch and Utrogest tab, but to insert the tab and not take orally, however as we know in UK they are orally only so i could not tell him this..

I explained about 12yrs ago the Evorel patches made me feel horrible, so he just wants me to try them for a month and if i cannot cope with side effects to go back and see him, but we know they only make 2 Conti Patches so at a loss as what to do!!

I have 3 Femseven Conti left and a kind member is sending me 3 as well so have enough to cover 7weeks, as put new one on today...BUT i go away in Feb for 3mths, so need 12 patches, so plan was to keep Femseven to use for part of holiday, just in case Evorel give me bad headaches and make me feel sick again, but not sure my body will cope with the changes of Progesterone, so blooming fed up of Meno.. x

Rosebush that is the patchs on the way to you but as it's holidays it will take few extra days , hopefully you will receive them by Friday

Rosebush. I haven't got my scrip for the gel and u pill yet. Will let you know how I get on when i do. My oestrogen level was 128 and doc said it's not enough. She said blood tests are not the whole picture and how you are feeling is the main indication  she thinks the gel will help as I can adjust the dose. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing. Will let you know. I hope you get it sorted before you go away. And I wish you all the best for the holidays xxxx

I don't know what's happening with the on as I'm nit getting them 🙈
Hopefully the patches will reach you tomorrow or Saturday
I'm back on everol conti and feeling a little better so fingers crossed second time il be lucky

Hi rosebush hope you had a good Xmas and glad to see you got hold of some sequi.
I haven't started new yet cos the gynae letter to the GP hadn't been typed. I've chased it up.
I was supposed to changed to phase 2 patch yesterday but I just stuck a phase 1 on for a 3rd week. Couldn't face the progesterone. Don't know if it's a bad thing to do.
I will let u know how I get on when i get new gel
