I need to look it back up. I know cutting out sugar/junk was part of it, gluten too. I know supplements and vitamins as well. I can't remember it all though. I was focused on nutrition and rest mostly. I remember eating a lot of eggs for some reason.

I have it saved somewhere...need to remember where??
Still piecing it all back together:
Ate more frequently-every few hours
More water...it felt like an insane amount
Increase salt- I honestly would just suck on a chunk of Himalayan salt each day in addition to what I had with food
Increased vitamin C, B vitamins, Magnesium and fish oil. And zinc.
Cut out sugar/sweets. Ate lots of veggies. I really liked salads. I still can't remember why the eggs so much?
Cut out gluten...or at least down
Relaxation/meditation each day.
Try to get to bed early.
Some simple exercise each day
My body didn't like the ashgawandha (sp?)
Epsom salt baths at least once a week.
Digestive enzymes
Some of that might be a cross with trying to help my digestion as well. But I think it's all connected some how.
I've slacked off on a lot of the stuff that was helping, especially diet. Some digestion issues are starting but they are minor. I think they could be connected to all the cough drops and medicine I've been using as well. My mouth feels funny too....almost like it has been numbed a bit. Tongue, roof of mouth, back of throat a bit. I think that's from all the menthol cough drops. Trying to avoid using any today and will do my best tonight as well.
I've read tart cherry juice can increase melatonin at night and help you sleep better. Anyone tried it?
