So disheartened. ..consultant changed my hrt to patch 75 everol and 100g uterogestetone every night.  I was optimistic and give  this is my sixth attempt at one that will work that's some going. So I am having flushes again so obviously not enough oestrogen and the stomach cramps and bloating means the progesterone is killing me...ffs her we go again

Hello Tinkerbellj.

Regrettably I don't have any answers for you but I sympathise with your frustration! I haven't actually counted how many HRT preparations I've tried but it must be five or six and I'm still waiting to be symptom free. Sometimes I despair and sometimes I feel angry but of course that doesn't really help.

Hopefully someone will be along with some advice but I wanted to let you know that you are not alone.
