Could be tiddles I darent touch wine at all.if your interested in the diet side of things have a look at the low salicylate diet, google it,it's really eye opening. The list of symptoms attributed to high salicylate foods almost mirrors the list of menopause symptoms I find it really interesting and I learned many years ago that diet plays a huge part in our healths,my son suffered severe asthma attacks ,this is over 30 years ago now, which we linked to what he was eating.mainly boiled eggs and any fizzy drinks like cola,we actually had to revert to a thing called the caveman diet where you had to gradually introduce foods into his diet to build up his immunity,at Two years old can you imagine how hard it was to do this but it worked,he went from 4 hospital stays a week on nebulisers and oxygen to nil he no longer needed an op to put grommets in his ears and he's now a big strapping six footer with his own beautiful little family and very healthy. It definately pays to be aware of how your diet effects you doesent it. Xx
