Good morning lovesflorida sorry to hear your having a blip, that's all it is a blip,we all have them but it will get better with time and the right treatment it just takes time as you know, try the massage you've nothing to lose and everything to gain also try some kefir milk for the ibs,it's fermented milk so no lactose, very high in probiotics and full of health benefits you can buy from the polish food section in Asda it's a green and white bottle,it's like drinking yoghurt, you can make into a smoothie if you don't like the taste of it,I use a banana so you'll then get your potassium along with all the other health benefits.Im very settled on one squirt of Oestrogel daily and vagifem pessarie every couple of days but it took a wee while to get where I am so keep plodding away you will get there the hrt has had such a positive effect on so many of us,I'm 60 and just restarted it.good luck and today's a blip tomorrow will be better.xx
