Yep! It's very common at any age, used to get it when I was younger as well.
It's linked to food, either an intolerance of something or taking into much air when eating. Being anxious also makes us swallow air more as well as not chewing food properly if there are dental issues or stress.
Try to work out what in your diet could be causing it. Since having my gallbladder removed if I over do any fat it blows up like a balloon! Certain FODMAP foods are triggers as well, these are particular sugars in all sorts of food. Google it and try to cut down on these foods and see if it helps.
Plus like everything, starts sagging with age and can happen to our digestive systems. However, if bloating is persistent (i.e. not going up and down each day) then this should be checked out with the doc.
