I'm 11 ish weeks pregnant! Crazy. I can't believe it! Saw it on the screen and heard it's little heartbeat.  being put into a clinic at Uclh to do a proper 12 scan and possibly have some tests done there cos of my history. So amazing. Xxx

This is so lovely to read! I didn't like to say before as I didn't want to raise your hopes but a young friend of mine also got pregnant after having chemo and was told that the chances were veru slim but that her age (31) was on her side and she went on to have two children. She was also on HRT.

I have been taking HRT 6 & 1/2 months. The main issue for me was anxiety & PMS . I'm 48 & 49 in may. I went to see my doctor today regarding still trying to conceive.
She advised me to stop the HRT and after 1 TO 2 months have blood tests on fertility. She said to stop will create a real period as apparently while on HRT we don't have them or ovulate.  So confused, perhaps stupid. How is it possible women still get pregnant while on HRT also advised to take contraception etc. I've been using ovulation rest strips for nothing! 🙄
I really don't know what to do for the best .  My partner and I don't have children sadly. I still desperately wish for us to conceive 🙏🏻 I have stopped the HRT after going through three types to find the right one for me 🙄
 I know of two women aged 46 & one of 47 who both got pregnant after fertility tests and medication- so I'm hoping for the best! 😊🤞🏻

Probably not.  Stop the HRT to allow your body to settle into a routine?  Keep a food/symptom/diary .......

I'm not an expert on this but I don't see that what your doctor says is correct. If it was then women on HRT wouldn't have to keep using contraception until after the age of around 52/53 surely?
