I presume it was an ablation you had? Does this mean you have been given Elleste Duet conti or the cyclical one that gives a withdrawal bleed in those who still have womb/lining but may not in your case due to the lining removal?
If you have been given the conti one, then it may be better to have the sequi one (ie Femoston 1/10 or 2/10 depending on the dose of Elleste you were on?) - because as Dancinggirl says some of the (synthetic) progestogens do cause side effects and especially if you are taking them all the time. Femoston is one of the better tolerated tablet HRT types.
As she suggested a Mirena and you've already had one happily - you would not bleed if you've had your lining removed so sounds like the best option and as she says you could have patch or gel oestrogen.
