Hi

Just wondering what anyone's experience on fem7 sequi has been?

I have just been prescribed this today and whilst I know everyone's body is different looking for some useful tips as I start.

Thanks so much for that. It is so helpful and will not touch the adhesive!

I am glad it is has been so good for you and hope I too love it! What symptoms do you find it most helpful with?

You have given me some hope! A lot of similar issues with me particularly re mood, digestive problems, insomnia etc.

One last question if I may and then I will leave you alone! How long before you noticed a difference?

Hi, I started on these patches 3 months ago, had a migraine within hours of starting but then felt better overall after a few days
I actually feel much better on the first 2 patches then feel bad again on the 2nd two if that makes sense.Would be interesting to see if you are the same!
I find they stick really badly and have to cover them up with plasters,but I know they are still working because hot flushes gone!

I started 2 days ago so too early to tell anything yet but so far haven't had any negative reaction which is great!  And no problems with sticking for the first patch...

Anne - will keep you posted when I have been on it a bit longer.
