Take over-the-counter pain relief, go along to the local Pharamcist to ask which is the best for your current symptoms, that's what they are designed for

Nowt to be prescribed in the way of ABs unless the chest is wheezy. Get into the fresh air if possible, keeping nose and mouth covered to stop cold air getting into the air-ways. Don't have the house too dry as that aggravates the already sensitive nose/mouth/ears.
