I have to say Suzanne that hrt has helped the most. Before starting it two years ago my neck was going very crepey but now that's gone. For how long is another matter but I'll enjoy it for now!

Suzzanne - where do you get your calcium from???  All that water!!! Do you exercise a lot and therefore sweat a great deal??  I believe that drinking too much can be as bad as drinking too little - it can flush away nutrients? We actually get quite a bit of our hydration from food.
Lack of skin tone is down to lack of oestrogen and gravity does the rest. !!!!

I've been using Clinique Redness Solutions moisturiser recently as I have been diagnosed with rosecea and thought it worth trying as recommended on this forum. The cost made me hesitate, far more than I want to pay, but my red nose demanded giving it a whirl. My dry skin seems to like it ( I have had problems with many moisturisers in the past, sensitive and allergies etc) and I find a little goes a lot further than cheaper makes, so it seems more cost effective than first appeared. My face has calmed down, maybe because of very gentle, cleansing and moisturising. So I would consider other Clinique moisturisers after this experience.
