Hi fifitygirl,

Bed at midnight, woke up at 2.50am and stayed awake with short naps until 6.05am when I finally fell back to proper sleep. Also had itching all over, bit hot but not too bad.
Today I have woken up to some light red bleeding, enough for me to call it a period, interested to see if it lasts or fizzles out. By 11.45am this had turned into full on heavy bleeding. Feeling absolutely shattered.
I do find this peri stage really fascinating and love recording all the changes on my app to study.
