place your hands and wrists into a bowl of cold watersit or stand with your feet in cold water to above your anklesplace a cold wet flannel on the back of your neck or throatas the blood flows through the arteries and veins in your wrists, ankles and neck it cools your blood and makes you feel a bit better. It works for me as extreme heat makes me feel unwell.
