Anyone else suffering from stress muscle pain n spasms in peri menopause
And what helps you to relieve it

Do you think you may be iron deficient? When I suffered from anemia, I had some of that. I took a liquid iron supplement that also had B vitamins and it helped.

Also as oestrogen levels drops I believe that muscles become lax = aches and pains

Hi I had bloods done on Monday but all was fine been on evorel 50 patches for 14 months waiting to see menopause specialists may need higher dose x

Also, a good old anti-inflammatory pain reliever can work wonders. I find sometimes the relief from only one dose will last for days before the tension builds to an uncomfortable level again. And then there are other times that I eat them like candy for days before it releases.

I find Nurofen or Anadin helpful.

I don't know what's available where you are. Here in the US I use ibuprofen, brands Advil or Motrin.
