Although I always find Wimbledon exciting (come on, Andy!), there's something very relaxing about it, too. I think it's the hypnotic backwards-and-forwards of the ball - I also love that split second when the ball seems to stop in mid-air just before it's hit for a serve............

So - began the day with Tour de France, followed by e-cars from Battersea, then F1 qualifying and now cricket from Cardiff. I'm exhausted
