Hi Ladies
Every morning I'm wide awake at 4pm, I've tried all the usual stuff, warm milk, relaxing music, reading, etc. Nothing works so I don't go back to sleep, I've been like it for months now. It wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to go and work a 9-5. Does anyone have any tips and advice? I'm averaging around 4-5 hours per night.
