Well in terms of gravity - a tampon will stay in because it's horrible rough cotton wool stuff so friction as well as muscles keep it in. I understand the concerns about utrogestan because it is a tiny smooth capsule and designed so the outer coating dissovles and all the goo comes out and diffuses through the cervix into the uterus. Well if I went to an execrise class after inserting mine in the morning (never insert mine then) it would defo come out! In fact the Gynest (local oestrogen) pessaries would come out if I got out of bed after inserting them at night! Mind you l've had 4 children so everything's a bit lax down there  .

Yes Dandelion - the further up the better - as near to the cervix as you can get it!

Anyway more is absorbed vaginally (than orally) and you are using the same dose, so hopefully enough stuff will find its way to the uterus to keep the lining thin. This is important in your case Dandelion as you ae on a 100 mcg patch which is higher dose oestrogen!

Sorry to drench this thread up again, but last night I was ready for bed, and been to the loo, and put my utro in, as high as it would go.
I was laid in bed a while, tossing and turning, and l needed a wee.
I noticed bits of the white capsule in the water, so I put a 100mg one in
I did this before I realised that the capsule is full of fluid and its the fluid that our vaginas need adn it doesn't  matter if the outer capsule gets weed out. ?
