Such a nuisance when that happens - here's to a better night tonight for you. I forgot to check in last night but I went to bed EARLY! Was in bed by 11.30. Light off around 12.00 and slept till 5.30. Woke up at 1.50 and lay there willing it to be getting up time. I was really disappointed when I realised I'd only been asleep for less than two hours. Went back quite quickly though and only woke up twice more for a few moments.

No! Just felt a night off would be good although I'm not sure how it fared without my £3.80!

I slept from 8.30pm - 3.30am, so not bad. I know I should try to keep myself awake but I worry that if I try that I might not get to sleep when the time comes, so best to just fall asleep when I can. Does that make sense lol?

I could have joined in here at 1am, 2am, 3am. Sleep didn't come until about 4am. Mind you I was coughing myself stupid. Woke at usual time just after 8am. Tried to catch some more zzzzz, but nope body wouldn't let me.

I sleep when my body or brain needs sleep. If I am tired then I'll also sleep once I get into bed.

If I sleep in the day I won't sleep at night so I don't even try.
The only time I have a nap is if I'm unwell. I wouldn't dare doze in the evening as then sleep would be impossible later. Hubby has strict instructions to prod me if I doze off in the evening.
It's the only way for me....wish it was different but I've never been a great sleeper.
