Why not
…….. 1 wouldn't need much.
Going to spread the cold Germ Taz or bury it in a glass of something brewed?
Off for my bath

Back now. I buried it in a glass of Muscadet quite successfully. Maybe it would be good on my cornflakes in the morning!

Do you lay awake waiting to fall asleep? I used to do that .
Bathed and sweetly smelling. DH is watching something noisy on the TV downstairs. I'm in bed, catching up

Eyes pinged open at 2am. Annoying as hubby is fast asleep.

I managed to go back off, but was up again at 5am. It's becoming a habit now. Horrible feeling the next day though, isn't it.

You should have taken it up with you CLKD. I was awake although it would have been one-finger typing on my phone as I don't take the laptop to bed.
Why were you awake?

Anxiety. Had been a bugga all day
although I did manage to eat. We sat up to watch F1 hi-lights so I was pumped what with Lewis winning so knew it was going to take time to drop off. By 2.30 I was wide awake and monitoring the remaining anxiety. Usually the lap-top is by the bed
