My Surgeon told me that no healthy breast has a lump in it! in my case, he was correct to insist on surgery.

I had a fibroadenoma back in my 20s. My consultant me that lumpy breasts are very common, as are fibroadenomas and they often run in families.My Mum, Aunt and cousin have all had lumpy breasts. As did my Granny. But no breats cancer ever. Or any kind of cancer actually.

That's good!  My lump was found on palpation …….. the Surgeon told me how large/small it was but told me in cms., not feet and inches  ;D
