Thank you for the reassurance.

I have had a really good day today (may I say normal) I haven't had a day without vertigo in years. Still anxious, always waiting for symptoms to arise.

I will continue with Angeliq as there is an improvement with some symptoms. It's just this breathless issue causing me concern as I was thinking it may be allergic reaction.......... always think the worst possible scenario >:(

Maybe learn some relaxation/yoga exercises for general use?

Sometimes I don't think I can take a deep enough breath but I don't turn blue  ;)

If the vertigo has eased that has to be good, doesn't it  :-\
