Spreading out your daily intake through 24 hours might help ease symptoms. Grazing helped me a lot: dried fruits and nuts, slow release bananas, dry biscuits, Dextrose tablets, as well as the usual meals. Why cut out dairy

I begin the day with a round of toast with butter, black T 2 sugars; mid-morning is a cuppa with a chocolate eclair; lunch can be soup with toast, toast and dripping, cold meat salad, pasta mix and another cuppa mid-afternoon with a bananas, or half a grapefruit or a chocolate yoghurt pot. DH cooks our meals from scratch most evenings - chicken curry with rice or pasta, or trout with pasta, mixed veggies with pasta/cheese ……..
