Hi Sazduggs

Looking at your list I would say you're running a bit low- which are your high oestrogen symptoms?
I've been using Oestrogel for 18 months and just when I think I've got my dose sorted I get a break through in my symptoms and have to readjust

My low symptoms include; joint pain, headache, difficulty getting off to sleep, crashing fatigue, sweats, woolly head, carbohydrate/sugar craving, bleeding gums, ear ache, flu-like feeling, enlarged lymph nodes and my most recent; palpitations, dizziness and a raised temperature.
My only high oestrogen symptom was breast tenderness.
I'm currently using 4 to 5 pumps a day but when things were really bad about 6 weeks ago I went up to 7. I could literally feel my dose wearing off and symptoms starting about 5-6pm.
I'm under the care of my GP who is doing blood tests every now and then to check I'm not going too high. If I feel I'm becoming a bit of a handful for my GP to manage then I will not hesitate in asking for referral to a Menopause Specialist- is that something you've considered?
It's so hard keeping things balanced but I hope you feel better soon x
