How are you celebrating Valentines Day
« on: February 11, 2015, 03:50:59 PM »

Do you exchange cards, gifts, flowers.
Meal out, meal in.....nothing at all.

I was in M&S this morning and got the on offer Valentines Day meal. I will get hubby a card and that's about it to be honest.

I think my only possible spanner in the works is how to make the meal stretch to three if my son turns up to show us his new car  ::)

;D ………… beans on toast with an egg for DS?

We don't - we give each other a  :-* and have lots of cards in the packing case in the attic - so could crawl there for 1 if we really wanted to  :D …………. Trout Season begins on Sat.  ;) …….. so we will take the camper, have a drive to the Lake and make the decision when we arrive. There may not be space for an extra rod!

Something on TV yesterday showed a man buying in lovely food to cook for Valentine's day. So I asked what himself was cooking for me.  ;D ;D ;D The look I got suggests it'll either be takeaway or muggins here will be cooking as usual. Ah well.......  ::)

No valentines celebrations here. Both of us feel it's really supposed to be between people who arent together but  wish they were

Mind you, my husband is not the romantic type anyway

a friend's coming to stay tomorrow. So we'll probably eat out and go to a film. However Shaun the Sheep isn't on at night at our local cinema - how could they?!  ;D

Just been to a supermarket and got the valentine meal-not just any meal but a ....... Meal.
It will do us just fine and once the fire is lit a few chocolates will finish off the day and then perhaps an early night!!!!!!
