Thanks , I am going to stick it out for at least 3 months, just hate feeling this way. ADHD that's interesting I did not realise adults could suffer with it.
Yeah its Adult ADHD.
I have loads of the symptoms, and filled out a GP ADHD questionnaire.

My daughter is 11 and was finally diagnosed th ADHD 4 years ago. She is on medication which helps a lot. Because it can be inherited, I often wonder where it came from
