I expect she's busy helping to look after her grandson CLKD - menopause issues will take second place I imagine!

She wasn't seeing as much of the grandson though due to the travelling, the heat and her injury ……..  :-\

Isn't she due to come over to the UK sometime this year.
Also, isn't her DIL's mum not too well at the moment?
Both things could mean that she is preoccupied at the moment.
